Slower Lower not doomed we're the strength of the pro gun owners in DE.

Our problem is New Castle County which is like Montgomery County in Md.

If you are ruled by New Castle and Kent, Sussex has no voice

Thus, the only inquiry that this Court should conduct is to determine whether the firearms prohibited by the Act are protected by the Second Amendment. Because they are, the Act is simply unconstitutional.

Defeated assault & magazine ban last year certainly better than MD did in 2013 not to mention we have outside carry, much easier CCW process and no mag restrictions

With your original post, I would not be bragging

iirc, last year, the senate margin was closer. wasn't it ennis? the guy from near smyrna, that saved folks bacon.

with a larger majority this time, one vote from him may not be enough to stave off the assault this year.

and believe me, i am with my folks back home on this one.

we just went full retard here, East California, formerly know as NV, this year.

first dem gov in over 20y, and d majorities in the assembly and senate, and the gov has a major willy against ar/mags/bumps/suppressors. promised to ban them in his campaign. well, he has all the instruments of control, so it's only a matter of time.

Not Bragging Our 2A Protection in DE Constitution won the case against DNREC allowing C.C. in State Parks. Agree, its tougher this year with outcome of election but we have "right to bear arms, right to defend, right to hunt" to fall back on in State Courts.
