    We made national news!!

Baltimore is one of the most gun-controlled cities in America. The city has a “high capacity” magazine ban, which was contained in the Firearm Safety Act of 2013. Yet Breitbart News reported that “The Trace, a gun control journalism outlet, shows that the criminal use of ‘high capacity’ magazines jumped in 2013 and continued to climb in 2014, 2015, and 2016.”

In addition to the “high capacity” magazine ban, the Baltimore Sun indicates the Firearm Safety Act requires would-be handgun purchasers to submit fingerprints to the state police, and Fox News reports the Act created a ban that covers “45 types of assault weapons.” Yet Baltimore’s two deadliest years on record–2015 and 2016–occurred after all the gun controls were in place.

Would it be politically incorrect to observe that, besides a firearm, the overwhelming majority of the murders have one other thing in common? Or is that elephant in the room invisible, like its twin in Chicago?

Let's see. We're at 108 as of last night. What happened to knowing where the "300" ring leaders are?

I still say they won't crack down on criminals for fear of losing the 20-30 votes that come from family and friends.

Putting Thug-Lifes behind bars would cost inner city politicians their political careers.

Yet know one calls them out on it.

Urban areas are often populated with people that have few economic options. They live there because they can't afford to live elsewhere. Its not a racial issue, if that's the elephant you're referring to.

If you follow the mayor's logic, then we should ban alcohol and motor vehicles because when they're put into the wrong hands, somebody gets hurt.

It's difficult to separate the elephant of Democratic control and Balkanization from race. But if poverty and lack of economic opportunity were the driving forces, the poor whites of Appalachia should be involved in a decades long bloodbath. Maybe the fact that they largely have intact families partially explains the difference.

What, drugs and African American? I'm more than happy to say it. I forgot it's also a city ran be democrats. Sorry, that's more than one thing. Kids without fathers, kids having kids. Thinking that getting an education is stupid while becoming a "rapper" or pro athlete is smart. The list goes on and on and on...... But never forget no matter what the problem or cause is, IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT BECAUSE THE MAN HAS BEEN STEPPING ON THEIR NECKS FOR 300 YEARS or some other BS!

Gun bans are just like a lock and chain. They only keep a honest person honest. If the honest were aloud to defend them selves there may be some hesitation before committing a crime. Not every case but in it's self I believe would slow down some of the murder rate.
