Anti-gun Virginia delegate Joseph D. Morrissey, Democrat, the guy who gained notoriety recently for brandishing an "assault" rifle on the floor of the house of delegates while complaining about their legality, is under investigation after police went to his home and removed a teenaged girl, and returned her to her father's custody.
