I'm looking to get a rear shooting rest and I'm hoping for some suggestions.

This is for an AR-15 on a 6"-9" bipod and a Vltor emod stock. I need something that is somewhat adjustable as I can shoot at 50 yds and at 100 yds at IWLA Damascus. When shooting at the 50, you are actually shooting downhill a little so the stock needs to get relatively high up. Shooting at the 100 is about level.

Anyone care to recommend anything in particular? Ideally, something cheap and portable.

    Thanks!

I have a Red Tac rear bag that I use with my Remington 700 5R with 6-9" bipod. Honestly, the bag is too small. I frequently need to stand it on end and bend it over in the middle to get an appropriate elevation on the rear of the stock. In the end it doesn't affect my accuracy (I think) because I hold the bag firmly with my off-hand to keep it in shape, but it's still kind of annoying.

My preference would be to get the same kind of style bag, only a little bit larger so that it would be tall enough when it's sitting on its long side. If anyone has any recommendations, do let me know.
