    AG Frosh is arguing to amend the law so people won't have their drivers licenses suspended for failing to pay a fine. Arguing that only the ''educated and wealthy" can get their license back and people will just drive anyway---people who can't afford it just add a burden aaand if the abide by the law and stay home the State will lose tax dollars... I'm thinking some legal minds should eventually use his words against him.     Then do away with hql because only wealthy can afford to do training and pay $50.
