Isn't 1 ounce a larger quantity than most states that have " legalized " weed ?

And once again , " legalizing " for the End Users w/o provisions for a legitimate supply chain just makes the turf wars , gang violence , retail transaction violence , and widespread corruption worse , not better .

If they want to do something " Ground Breaking " to prove a point, they need to concurrently legalize the distribution and retail sales along the lines of Beer and Wine .

It shouldn't have been banned in the first place, and should be fully legalized, but the goofy network of marijuana laws are insane, and if nothing else make the issues with the illiccit drug trade worse. If they really cared about legalization as they claim to, sue .gov to remove it from the CDS, then if you win, just basically add "and weed" to every liquor law, and treat it the same.
