DDM4 V7 P 300 Blackout (Law Folding Brace) Legal In MD?

Is the below pistol legal in MD? It is officially a pistol with a folding pistol brace. On MD State Police’s website they list the DDM4 Pistol in 300 Blackout as approved. What do you think?

*Note- does not fire with brace folded.
