Here's mine, all CMP purchases. Top is a H&R service grade from a couple years ago. Middle is a SA service grade that I upgraded from a field grade earlier this year. And the bottom one is a SA field grade I got last year.

Heres some 30 cal. porn along a different vein...
Unfortunately, I didn't read the label and washed the pile in hot water, so it has shrunk quite a bit. Although some here benifitted from the shrinkage :)

Missing from the family shoot is the new WRA and I need another M1905E1 Bayo for the springfield.

    Good Shooters

IMG_0198[1595].JPG I use these ones the most frequently for shooting and hunt with the one on the bottom when I go with one. I put it together with a CMP receiver and a VAR barrel. None of them are very correct but as close to spec as I can get them without over investing. The one on top is pretty accurate from prone at 100yds. and clicks right along nicely. The bottom one shot a nice group last weekend when it wasn't so hot out.

    Nice collection!

Where do you shoot them at?

I was going to CRESAP before they closed and I've shot 2 of them with one of them waiting patiently. I had planed on going up to Hap Baker but didn't make it. I'm recovering from carpal tunnel surgery right now so I can't shoot anything for a couple more weeks. Here's a picture of the Field grade sight in from 50 yards and 2 enbloc's.

I'm dying to buy a Garand. Gonna make that happen next Spring. It would be good to talk with someone that knows Garands.

Let me know if you want to head over to AGC sometime. I'm somewhat near 27 and Brink Rd.

Good luck with your recovery!
