Appropriate for today. I am helping my brother doing some remodeling work in his circa 1901 house in AA county.
They found this between the attic joists.
Still in the original box no date on the box but Im guessing its at least 55yrs old since it says "New 50 Star".
Also to give you some perspective on the remodeling project. Walls were made with recycled wood crates then just covered with wallpaper.
