I got an email for my QUALIFIED Handgun Instructor Certificate. Same expiration as my current one, only difference is Woodwards signature on this one.

On Friday, March 13, the Maryland Senate confirmed the MDTA Chief of Police, Col. Woodrow Jones as the new Superintendent of the Maryland State Police.

Does Superintendent Jones agree with the SCOTUS that self-defense is the core of the 2nd Amendment and, in fact, a "good and substantial reason" for law-abiding Americans to lawfully wear and carry a firearm in public in Maryland?
