    I am not an expert in the area however insurance is regulated primarily by state statutory and administrative law. See McCarran-Feguson Act.

    Now that one Governor got the idea to do this I am certain he wont be the last.

    Its Jersey, which is de facto no carry. So I doubt USCCA (US Concealed Carry Association is going to fight much
