This is akin to building a car at home and the state mandating by law that when you get a VIN for it you have to take it to a Chevrolet or Ford plant and get them to issue one of their VINs for it and to have them attach their VIN to the car. It doesn’t work that way.

Bloomturd paid a lot of his money to a local (Annapolis) lobbying firm (Bellamy-Genn) to buy the DemocRats on the Senate JPR Committee the most expensive steak dinners in town for voting FOR Bloomturd’s RED MOMMY BRIGADES anti-American, anti-gun owner agenda in the Maryland General Assembly.

This event is scheduled for TONIGHT.

It is sanctimoniously asserted that since the ENTIRE Senate JPR Committee was invited to partake in this Steak Dinner Bribery that no State law nor MGA ethics rule has been violated.

IN FACT, since no Republican on Senate JPR would even CONSIDER attending this disgustingly brazen and arrogant DemocRat bacchanalia, the PRACTICAL EFFECT, it appears, is that EVERYTOWN TO DESTROY LIBERTY always intended this as a wholesale pass-through of expensive goodies exclusively to reward the corrupt Maryland DemocRats who will gladly attend.

Bellamy Genn will gladly facilitate this.

It's suspicious that every one of these hearings pushes the gun bills near the end. It's like they want us to waste our entire day waiting to talk for 90 seconds...

Someone has to go last, might as well be us. Actually, we've been in the middle for a number of these days. There's an immigration bill later than us in JPR, that's what everyone is here for on this side. Apparently 200 people are signed up to testify in this committee today. Wonder if they'll make their dinner...

The current bill being heard as of this posting is SB 682.

The next bill pending in the digital hopper is SB 683: Corrections - Women's Prerelease Unit - Requirements (Women's Prerelease Equity Act)

We're on the fourth bill. The Trooper(?) manning the door said no one is getting in for the gun bills until they are up. Only those testifying will be allowed to sit. Moral support will have to stand...although he admitted that he won't be verifying who is who. He said he spoke with the HMIC, and she agreed...we'll see...

He's been very patient with all the pestering so far.

SB 880 and SB 881 have been heard in the Senate JPR so the gun bills are done for the day over on the Senate side.
