For reloading, a slight modification of the legs to 4x4 would probably be better and add rubber feet to them. Nice plan.
I can relate more to this guy. I built his table out of scrap. Added a 2' x 4' piece of sheet metal and it's my portable welding table.

Good point regarding a hold down.
Here is an idea for press mounting. Combined with the wall storage plates it is a great system.

I know a fellow that uses one of these. His press is mounted to a board that the work table clamps to.
I always went with the method of mounting them on a board and using c clamps to hold them to an existing flat surface for use.
Some shot shell presses can be used on a board without any clamps. Worth noting that the trim n that board is not for looks, rather to contain shot/powder if the bar happens to be moved with no hull under it.
Except when I needed to reload where there was no bench, I made a press mount that fit into a 2" receiver.
