Rifles no. I could have sworn the Saiga was no go but the VZ-58, that should be GTG.

My understanding is that ATF protocol for measuring a rifle with a folding stock stock is to measure with the stock fully extended.

Sould we need magazine repair parts or replacement parts, is anyone aware of a dealer that sells standard capacity magazine(s)/magazine parts for the VZ58 in nearby states?

What about the "gift" clause for regulated firearms? Can a family member from a 2A friendly state (NC or Florida, specifically) buy an AK or an AR 15 and give it to me as a gift?

Classic has vz2008s folders for $400. No idea if they'll ship to MD. Good deal, even for a century build.

For what its worth, I emailed Centerfire Systems and they said they would not ship the vz2008 to Maryland. I responded to their response and asked why. I have not heard back. This was on Thursday.

I drove by there last week, and all I saw was someone giving out Obamaphones.

They sell full auto guns on the street in some places in Lexington Market, and on Edmondson Street and Wheeler Avenue, if what I've heard is true.

Is it true that you can be arrested for firing an AR-15 pistol with the buffer against your shoulder, even if there is no stock attached?

This nugget came from an unreliable source, but it sounds just plausible enough to be true.

So- long shot here, because I couldn't find a better post to address this question, and didn't think it needed it's own thread...

Can a Pre-10/1/13 MD registered AK-47, be sold or "gifted" to another MD resident, today (after 10/1/13)?

Obviously they could sell it to a resident of another state, but could a MD registered AK be sold to another MD resident?

    No.
