just attach as a normal image.

I think a gif only needs a dime, maybe that's the problem.

    Left lick on Go Advanced.

Left lick on the paperclip icon.

In the popup attachment window left click on browse.

    Select .gif, click upload.

Wasn’t working on my Apple or Droid, would select the gif to upload but after the upload, the file extension would change from .gif to .jpg on every gif that I uploaded giving me a pic of the 1st frame.

Yea, I can't upload a GIF either in Chrome. As you remarked... changes the file extension from a .gif to a .jpg :mad54:

Interestingly I tried to save a .gif on Android to see if I could do it on Android using Firefox and Android changed the saved file from .gif to .jpg. I don't know if it really converted it or not.

Maybe this has to do with the .gif format still being copyrighted.

Yeah, I can attach a cartoon gif but a movie clip still gets uploaded and the file extension still changes from gif to jpg on Safari or Chrome. Only been trying from smartphones and not a comp
