Ron Paul was literally the only chance the GOP had and they blew it. If I was a conspiracy theorist I would say they were betting on the 2016 election all along, and didn't care about the 2012 one.

Data is just 1's and 0's man, anything can be changed. Now that all depends on who has access to the codes and encryption, because you can't hack it mid-transmission unless you already have the decryption sequence. That being said, most of those companies are GOP owned. Sooooooo yeah. There's that.

Paul would have been much better.Just can't understand why ,Know absolutly no one that voted for Obama, and after 4 years of Socialism ,I don't think there is that many people that want the country destroyed in the next 4,or more.
Same with me. All of my friends didn't vote for him. However when I was in one of my college classes my teacher asked who voted for Obama and I was the only one who didn't raise my hand. And yes I was called racist and an extremist for not voting for him and believing in the 2A.

I do. In fact most of my friends/acquaintances voted for Obama. Especially women who really did buy all that "War on Women" stuff they were pushing.
An EO can't do much since it cannot be used to enact new laws, however it can be used to "order" the EPA or other regulatory agencies to review any risks to guns or ammunition in parks, public lands, etc. and restrict their usage or sale (think lead shot). Or declare lead a toxin and thus regulate/ban the sale.
Another angle is to order the ATF to put more effort in background checks, or look at how to tie health records into the background checks. Though not sure if that can hold up in courts for privacy reasons. People that don't own guns may balk at a law-enforcement agency going through their medical records looking for alcohol, drug use or mental health treatment. At least they should...
