#2ALivesMatter
I took this picture today for fun and I really like it.
It features my 1943 SA Garand, '63 re-build. 50's P stock, new criterion barrel from SA in 1963. Never issued, went to auction. My buddy's grandfather purchased the rifle from auction, never fired it. Friend inherited it, never fired it either. I have 425 rounds through it. As close to "new-old" as I can imagine getting. Anyway, here is a small picture of it with my Grandfather's gas mask bag. The rifle like I said is a '43, the same year my Grandfather enlisted. He told me, once they were given their Gas Mask, they chucked it overboard and filled their bags with Playboy, Chocolate, and Condoms. Priorities right? Never a generation like them again.
Enjoy the picture, and thank you.
