Handguns made after January 1,1985 need to be on the Handgun roster.
Handguns made before January 1, 2002 need only a trigger lock and those made after January 1, 2002 need a built in lock or a bore lock, when they are transferred from a dealer, I'm not sure about private sales with MSP Barracks transfers .
