Legal yes,good maybe? ARs in 7.62x39 have had noticeable issues.

It says not for sale in MD.

They are legal here but apparently AIM is not selling them to us.

Not sure what type of magazine is being shipped, hopefully CPD mag and not ASC. Most of the AR issue in this caliber is related to magazine.
