    Another board member who the news quoted as being white, Ray Kelly, said it would be a different outcome if the guy was white. I'm not sure what he means by that. If a white guy refused to ID himself on a stop I'm guessing he believes the police would just walk away? Does he mean the white guy would have been locked up at the first 20 lawful demands to ID himself? It would be nice if the media in Baltimore would ask actual questions and not let folks off the hook with stupid one line comments that do not explain their stance.
