    I thank everyone for their advise. Bottom line I know how these were loaded, lee dipper cup for .30-06. Measured powder that was very consistant. Wrong powder for M-1 Garand but fine for bolt gun according to my Lyman book, one gr short of the starting load. Tested fine, will use after resighting scoped gun.
