Well , well , well , I finally got an email from the HPRB they received my certified mail . They never mentioned when i would get a hearing . I am wondering why it has taken me this long to get a notification . Also have to wonder if i will ever get a hearing date . SMH

So for the sake of timelines

11-15-2017 Letter and money sent in to the MSP to have restrictions lifted

12-13-2017 MSP denied restrictions to be lifted

12-18-2017 certified letter sent to HPRB to request hearing

01-27-2018 had a conversation with Moronarty he said he would not change a decision made by his troopers ..I only called because some lady at the barracks said i had to talk to him

02-27-2018 HPRB sent email saying they received certified mail .

Now keep in mind i had several phone calls and went to a HPRB meeting to hand deliver the same package of information as well , and a few emails sent too .

I have been reaching out to them for months (contacting) other then me waking up beside them .
Not sure how much more contacting i could do .

When I went through the process there were three months or more between when I sent in the request letter and I got a hearing date. I finally got tired of waiting, went to a HPRB meeting, and spoke with the administrative lady directly. This is what finally got things moving in my case.
