Anybody have a snack stick kit/vendor they've used and recommend? I've made hundreds of pounds of jerky, bologna and sausage but never snack sticks. I'm horrible at twist linking sausage so snack sticks seem like a perfect route. Oh, I'm also making these with venison. Thanks!

I've never done snack sticks but I have made jerky with Hi Mountain and it turned out good enough that I would give there snack sticks a try.

Change to backwoods seasoning, you’ll thank me!! And when you add the water do a mix of beer, pickle juice, and teriyaki sauce instead.

    Hi mountain has no flavor.

I am going to be making this one really soon. I use 21mm collagen casings as they are easier to stuff and fit on my stuffer tube better.
