Visited my vacation rental log cabin in West Virginia this past weekend.
I decided to leave the "big guns" at home and took only my .22's ...
    A Walther P22, a Sig 1911-22, and my Colt/Umarex M4 OPS.
Had a blast shooting all weekend and did it on the cheap! :)

Both pistols ran reliable and pretty accurate with CCI MiniMags and provided hours of fun, plinking and shooting up cans.
However, the accuracy on my M4 was downright phenomenal!

It had been about 6-8 months since I shot it, and because the replica AGOC I have mounted on it is, well ... a replica, I had anticipated having to sight it back in.
Boy, was I wrong! I sighted this scope in about three years ago, when I first got the gun, and it has remained on zero ever since.

This was my very first 10-shot group, rested at 30 yards with the M4.
This is probably my best grouping EVER, so I was pretty impressed. :)

    mdoffroad,
I bought the ACOG replica off eBay about three years ago.
It's not a cheap "airsoft" scope either.
It's actually a very decent (yet inexpensive) scope.
Sorry, I don't recall the sellers name.

Do you own the cabin and rent it out?
I'd be interested in renting a place like that for a week with the family.

I bought the cabin with my ex and we rent it out all year round.
I try to go there whenever it's not being rented out.
It's advertised on a few vacation rental websites and my ex handles all the bookings.

    Here's one of them.

It's very peaceful and borders the George Washington National Forest.
The pics on the site are old and the TV has since been replaced with a nice 42" flat screen.

Where did you get your Colt/Umarex M4 OPS from? I was considering purchasing one, but not sure where would be the best place? I'm from Brunswick, Maryland and new to the gun scene

Dont get the colt. I don't have one personally, but have heard less than stunning reviews.

If you really want a dedicated 22 ar, then get the S&W 15-22. Only true 22 AR clone out there. Plenty of love fof that gun on here.
