Your kid looking for a suppressor?
Would cost more than the gun. I think Brownells has kits with a barrel guide that indexes off of the bore that if done carefully could be feasable. Of course there are barrels of most every confoguration available for the 10-22 any of which would rival the price of having your barrel threaded. I think Adco charges $140 for a barreled reciever bolt action.

Isn't the 795 an autoloader though?
Now you have created a doubt on the model... will have to check later on
if the 795 is an autoloader then his is not a 795, his is a bolt action with a 7 round mag

For how much? That was the ops ?

I won't quote a price because every barrel is different and I had a scope mounted at the same time. I will say it was much less that the ADCO quote above. I had it in less than a week. He is in Preston MD and a IP here.
