My suppressed Ruger MKII’s and MKIV eat any kind of .22 subsonic without issues.
I have one 10/22 that is a dedicated CCI .22 Quiet gun. The rear of the bolt is radiused and polished, the hammer spring is the lightest that still ignites primers, and the recoil spring was shortened until it was light enough to cycle the bolt. It’s not a lot of work to modify the rifle and it can be returned to stock by swapping out two springs.
