So I'm getting all set up to reload 300 Blackout, and discover that Harbor Freight isn't selling their nifty little cut-off saw any more.

Any ideas where I can get a similar saw ?

They have a nice little black 6-7 inch abrasive cut-off wheel for 50 bucks.

Is that the one you mean?

They used to have a two inch blade model that was the perfect size. It also used a steel blade, which makes for a cleaner shop than abrasive wheels.

This isn't the best machine for cutting a lot of brass quickly.

The one at the top of the thread will allow you to angle the fence to adjust for case taper and you can install a stop to maintain accurate case length.

The blue tape is to adjust for case taper.

Aren't I lucky - Harbor Freight has the mini-saw in stock again. Found a 20% off coupon and got it for $35 shipped.

Been using the HF mini-saw on my last 1000 rds. Works really well with the jig mentioned on .300blk talk. Blades do wear, but spares are more than affordable.
