I was there on a specific quest to buy M14 parts from ellicott depot.

Mission accomplished!

I almost bought some powder from a vender on the opposite side. He had some hornady 4895 and Vhitavouri n135. Too bad they wanted 15 over typical cost on a 1lbs bottle

Depends on bullet type, especially, but anything under $8/20 bears a look. Palmetto State's got a weekend special on Independence 5.56 from Israel, $5.99. It's my favorite ammo, cheap, hot, not too dirty. I'm told it's the same stuff the IDF uses.

Yeah, that was the best price I could find at the show for Glock (factory) mags. Picked up two, just because you can never have too many. There were cheaper knock offs available.

I think the pendulum has swung back towards the buyer. While 22 prices were nuts, most everyone else was willing to deal especially for cash.
