Hi all - I am taking my nephews who live in VA to the NRA range in Fairfax, so I will be bringing several handguns and 2 or 3 rifles (unloaded and secured in trunk, separate containers, etc.) into VA. I have done searching on the VSP site and it appears that there are no restrictions as to making stops like we have in MD - so it's completely legal to drive to homes, restaurants, etc. before and/or after the range, correct?
Thanks - any other tips regarding visiting the NRA range or firearms in VA (other than speeding ) are appreciated too.
