    Is this likely or possible for my SBS,SBR, AOW and silencer needs and wants? Or should I get them before we move. And with that in mind, what are my responsibilities as far as moving from PA to MD?

    It shouldn't matter if you arrive here and file after July 13. Instead of CLEO sign off, it will be CLEO notification, so you'll be good. As far as NFA, all is good here in MD, but you can't build an SBR under 29" unless it's rimfire.
