    I e-filed a form 1 for sbr (spikes lower) on 12/21/15 and got the disapproved email today. I put the model as "mod st-15" instead of just "st-15". The examiner, Jesse Huff replied to my email and said after I resubmit to send him the control number and he will pull it. They need to design a way to edit a disapproved form so we don't have to go through the whole resubmission process and wait 90+ days for the refund.
