I made my son a Halo Master Chief costume a few years ago (wonderflex and foam), and it's been sitting in our basement for a couple of years. It needs some work (the helmet in particular), but would make a good base for any younger fan. The helmet is a cheapo plastic shell. My son was a tall but slim 7-8 year old when he wore it (2 years in a row). Rather than throw it out, I'd like to pass it along.

I'll leave it up here for a few days before posting to the FB freebie sites. I'm in Eldersburg, and it's up to you to pick it up.

Wish I could use it but my son is 9 and wouldn’t fit. Hope you find a taker for the awesome costume you made him

My son would love this. He has a bit of a big head for a 7 year old kid. I have another kid to pass it on to if it doesn't work though.

    You are welcome to it.

The helmet we have for it is adult size anyway. Very cheap plastic. I have a smaller one that I ended up making for the costume, but my son wants to keep that for his room (decoration).

Like I said, the entire thing needs some work, but its a great base to start from. If you want it, PM me and we'll set something up.
