Who is your point of contact for updating the AGC calendar?
Reason why I am asking is because I am the P.O.C. for Garrison and I noticed my clubs annual election meeting is wrong on the 2015 calendar. Several years ago our by bylaws changed to hold our election meeting on the last Saturday for October, but as it stands now the AGC calendar shows our meeting scheduled for Saturday, October 24th instead of Saturday, October 31st.
I would like to deconflict this with your club since you currently show Oct 31st for Juniors Practice at Memorial Hall. Would you rather have Oct 24th and let the juniors trick or treat on the 31st?
