Payroll Services LLC (PRS) is looking to hire a full time individual for our benefit administration department. This position involves employee enrollments into various health, life and disability products. You will also handle various workers compensation tasks ranging from preparing workers compensation audits, to workers compensation setup. You will continually learn new aspects of benefits and insurance, as well as consult with businesses on various benefit and implementation strategies. You will support businesses on various ACA compliance and help implement the tools necessary to track these items. Candidates will be required to maintain a constant stream of contact with clients and develop new relationships within the PRS client organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have excellent computer skills
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Must be able to research information with little guidance
-Must have experience in group health insurance enrollments
