My house is currently under contract and the buyer has requested two repairs which I am not willing to do myself. They are:

    1) a loose shingle on my ridge vent
    2) two or three rows of siding that appear to have slipped out of the J-channel

The property is a two story townhouse. I estimate the distance from the ground, to the top of the roof to be about 40ft. The loose shingle appears to be in the middle of the ridge vent. The siding is about 30ft off the ground and on an outside corner of the house. I would prefer an MHIC licensed individual/company, please.

Attached are pictures of the two issues. Thanks in advance!

This is a really smart way to ask for help/look for a contractor. I usually just describe the issue(s) I'm having then talk/sent pics to folks, but posting them up front gives a much better idea of the job.

Good luck, I know the feeling.

Contact jaybeez, he's one of our resident contractors and lives up this way.

Thank you very much, gentlemen! I'll be reaching out.
