    first I've heard of this

    Here we go again.

House Democrats led by Nancy Pelosi just passed even MORE gun control, this time by tacking it on to the so-called “Violence Against Women Act” (H.R. 1585) and ramming it through by a vote of 263 to 158.

Now it heads to the Republican Senate.

But get this...the gun control they added to this bill actually seeks to DISARM women and other potential victims of violent domestic crime!

    That’s right.

The very same gun control passed by Democrats (with the help of a few spineless Republicans) will result in law-abiding women being STRIPPED of their gun rights.

It will leave them defenseless without the ability to defend themselves or their families from a crazy ex or violent stalker.

And much like “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation -- which Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is already pushing in the U.S. Senate -- it calls for ex parte (one sided) decisions to be used against the accused to strip gun rights without due process.

    Think about it.

That means an accused single mother will not have the means to defend herself or her family if a bitter ex claims she’s the “stalker” under this legislation.

Even if she’s never charged with a crime at all.

I sure hope Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell won’t even think about touching a bill that disarms vulnerable women or any law-abiding American.

But with political pressure mounting in Washington to “do something” rumors are already circulating that Senate Republicans are drafting “their version” of this bill.

That is why I’m calling on all liberty-loving Second Amendment supporters to take action.

Please call these members of the Senate Judiciary Committee and encourage them to STRONGLY OPPOSE all of the gun control in H.R. 1585.

    Mitch McConnell (202) 224-2541
    Lindsey Graham (202) 224-5972
    John Cornyn (202) 224-2934
    Chuck Grassley (202) 224-3744
    Joni Ernst (202) 224-9369

    But wait, there’s more.

As passed, H.R. 1585 wouldn’t just temporarily strip women and other law-abiding Americans of their Second amendment rights.

It’ll PERMANENTLY strip them of their rights and it could even result in Gun Confiscation and federal FELONY gun charges.

That’s because anyone who is accused would automatically be reported to the federal Brady-NICS database.

And if they try to buy a gun to protect their families not knowing they’ve been secretly blacklisted on this database, the bill says they’ll get a visit from a local SWAT team.

It’s all in this bill as passed by the House.

So as Republican Senators begin consideration of this bill, it’s up to National Association for Gun Rights members like you and me to insist they REFUSE to sign off on any of this gun control.

Capitol insiders are already saying if there is NO outside pressure from you and me, they may even go further and stick a National “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation law into this bill.

So I hope you’ll act now.

Please call these key Republican Senators and encourage them to STRONGLY OPPOSE all of the gun control in H.R. 1585.

    Mitch McConnell (202) 224-2541
    Lindsey Graham (202) 224-5972
    John Cornyn (202) 224-2934
    Chuck Grassley (202) 224-3744
    Joni Ernst (202) 224-9369

And the visuals of the Republican Senate blocking the "Violence Against Women Act" will play nicely into the Dems hands in the 2020 cycle. It no longer matters what the truth is anymore.
