I actually met with one of your forum members and sold the cased gun. Great guy by the way. Still looking to get rid of the other two. open to all offers. I know this post will prob get removed because of this but PM if interested.
To the OP, if you aren't following the developments in Annapolis, our overlords are trying to get antiques and black-powder replicas like these regulated to the same degree as modern firearms.... if they have their way, you would not be able to buy or sell these without going through a Federal Firearms Dealer.... as already stated, these aren't even considered firearms under federal law.
