The manager of 3 Extra Space Storage facilities in the Frederick area is accepting bids on landscape maintenance for the 2017 season. You might also ask about bidding on snow removal later this year. I was asked to submit a bid on these sites, but Frederick is too far for me to have a crew travel to work. If interested, you need to act soon as bids need to be submitted in the next couple of days. You will need to have documentation for current commercial liability insurance and you will need to provide a W9 with your tax ID number if you get the contract.
