Define AV work. Not that I have any suggestions, but I used to do it professionally. There are many different needs from renting a PA for a band to a full blown show to a corporate meeting to broadcasting a surgical procedure. Narrowing down your requirements may help.
Video camera security and such. The facility has multiple rooms and buildings that require cameras throughout
