The MSI website says citizen testimony is in alphabetical order:
"After they finish, the chair will start calling upon everyone else who has signed up to testify, usually in alphabetical order of each witness's last name"
It doesn't go in order of who signed up first?

Submit a letter (written testimony) on any of the proposed bills.
Come down and speak on any of the proposed bills. As complex as statistical analysis or as simple as "This bill is a bad idea. It won't stop any crime. Thank you."
I plan on parking at the Naval Academy Stadium parking lot. As I remember there is shuttle service from there to the capital. Is that still correct?
Yes, there is a shuttle. It really isn't very far to walk either and I usually do.

Bring friends, even if they don't want to testify, they can take a chair and be a visual supporter for our side. (I'm bringing several).
