It's only about 15-20 minutes for me so the planning part is no big deal.

most likely wont be up again until spring.
we stayed the weekend a year or two back,they called for 1-2 in snow.
ranger came by the cabin and asked if we were ok.
i was told forecast had changed,now 12-18 in.
i said yeah were leaving,what normally took 15 mins. to 219.
took 4 1/2 hrs!
mayhew inn rd was solid packed ice by am.
our mustang took a beating that day.

I was there last Weds. with my wife and 7 y/o son. He had a blast shooting my SR22 rifle. A natural too. He totally removed the bull on two targets with less than 50 rounds a piece! I was one proud Poppa!! He stood in amazement as I did the same thing at 100 yards with my AR.... We had a blast. What a great family sport!

I was there the day after Christmas- the range was busy!
Was going to hit the range over the New Years weekend, but judging by how many cars, and people were in town over the weekend, I figured it would be swamped.
