    Thanks for the good info! Did he cover recoil management? Doesn't sound like it if he didn't cover stance. One of the Panteao shotgun videos had a concept that actually worked when I tried it out. It was sort of a reverse Weaver where your forward hand applied outward force to absorb much of the backward force of her recoil while your firing hand put rearward pressure to keep the stock in your shoulder.

    Yes, I am familiar with that isometric technique, and my understanding is that Chris Frye teaches it and that it is highly effective. However, that aspect was sort of inexplicably missing from this course. A shame, as at 5'5 and 155 lbs. I could use all the help I can get!
