They must of been sitting in the dark all those years. I'm having one of my old worn pre 64 Model 70 220 Swifts rebuilt into a custom 220 Swift so am constantly on the lookout for more brass, was happy to get these.
Collector value aside...
If you decide to use old brass like that, I would anneal the necks first, to restore elasticity and avoid cracking them during your first loading cycle. Cartridge brass will usually work harden and lose elasticity in long term storage, some of it just aging, some due to changes in temperature.
