    I found a Hogue Monogrip for my Super Blackhawk and put it on last night. Pretty easy and I will take it to the range ASAP!.

    The gun shoots great with the Hogue grip. I was shooting bulls-eyes at ten yards easily. It's going to fun practicing with the gun at longer distances for hunting when it warms up.

    I have Hogue monogrips on my 71/2" SBH and coupled with a Primos trigger stick, a good solid seat, and an ultradot sight I feel utterly confident at targets out to 50 yards with a 4" spread if that target is walking.

    I loaded up the hottest load for Hornady 180 gr. XTP in the Hornady manual and shot it today. My ears were ringing as I went home and I was wearing electronic earphones when I was shooting.

    LOL!

    Need to wear earplugs along with the phones next time.

    I loaded up some milder 180 gr. Hornady "Cowboy" rounds tonight and I'll shoot those tomorrow.
