Reading this reminds me how lucky i am to be a West Virginia resident

I work in Harpers Ferry and am planning to move back over the line. MD sucks. I basically leave my house and go straight to WV for anything I can since once I hit the line I can holster my weapon concealed and be legal. Thankfully it takes me only 10 minutes to get to WV

No you can’t. This state is worse then calli or NY

You obviously never heard of NYC or NJ then...

    ETA:
No, I want you to post it up because I know I read it.

And since so many seem to have trouble following a post you do know I am not the one claiming an opinion is a definition.

I'll give you a word of advice: Don't argue with dblas or esqappellate on matters of MD gun law. They have forgotten more than you will ever know about the subject.

Man you all are in a crapola state. I was sitting in a Waffle House last Saturday in Tennessee and in walks a guy probably pushing his mother in a wheelchair came and sat down behind me in the booth and when he went buy he had a big old 44 holstered you couldn't see much of it he was carrying his mothers purse and sweater. I thought hope he don't go shooting anyone I won't be able to hear for a week if that goes off in here. Thought I was the only one to see it but even my wife noticed it she told me later in the car. It made my little 380 seam like a pea shooter.

What may be causing confusion is the different contexts of " magazine " .

A magazine that is permently part of the firearms with ammo = Loaded

A detatchable magazines presently inserted into firearm = Loaded .

A detatchable magazine with ammo , but Not inserted into firearm = NOT Loaded .

    ****************************

I have had multiple people tell me with a straight face that upstate NY and MA sucked less than Md . Their context was that if you live/ move into the right jurisdiction , Carry Permits were , if not literally Shall Issue , commonly available , whereas Md was uniformly bad statewide .

But yes , NJ is unequivocally worse .
