I think I already know the answer to this, but I'll ask anyways. Is there any chance they would approve a CC application stating your 'good and substantial reason' is rioting or people getting assaulted just for the color of their skin. It truly has gotten to the point were I am worried about going to the grocery store, just because I don't know how the trip may go. I'm not worried to the point I don't go, but I am always checking my surroundings. I know there have to be others like me. Damn this state for making people helpless victims.

Welcome to Maryland where the criminals get to carry whenever and however they want, but law abiding residents must fear for their lives and have no means of self defense unless you generate a lot of tax revenue for the crown.

No. You need to have an elevated level of risk compared to others. But what you described is the same risk as everyone else. Thus, no permit. That’s why “I live in a high crime area” doesn’t fly. You’re at the same risk as all your neighbors... In Md’s eyes you don’t need to be a IS citizen, you need to be special.

I have a permit and i see no difference in who i am and who everyone else is . In this state is a tier class system and is what a state should not do , it is shameful .

Our lives are worth more because Maryland makes more money off of us. They are our pimp, got to protect their assets.

Yeah , and we pay plenty of taxes . :sad20:

I know part of what you say is tongue in cheek , but it does seems that way . We bring the spoils of success to their feet .
