Sorry if this has been covered, but is a C&R handgun transfer from a MD C&R to Md C&R legal as long as the transfer takes place out of state?

I don't think this will wash.
The transfer must take place at the seller's address on the license.
That would be MD.

THIS! And yes, this has been discussed frequently. If the parties go out of state, it's FTF (handgun); if in Maryland, then the C & R means nothing and the sale is treated like any other handgun or rifle purchase--dealer or MSP transfer.So go to Pa, Del Va., etc
