Going thru the portal today ( for a C&R, I'm still a holdout) , I saw a catagory I was unfamiliar with .
" Gift " What would be included under this ? Would this hypothetically be if say , a wrapped Christmas gift was dropped off , and subsequently upon opening was a handgun . But the giver is not conviently able to reappear in person to a Md FFL ? ( Further hypothetical said gift is known to be otherwise lawful, not stolen or whatever.)
