    I called his office and spoke to his chief of staff. When i told her that he had said the HPRB meet in secret and behind closed doors instead of following MD Policy on open meetings, I told her about the trouble we have had in the past having to sign in just to attend the meetings which is against MD Open Meeting law which we feel that instructions came from on High like the State AG office telling MCP to have us sign in, then I gave her the web page address where Mark had posted all the meetings he has recorded and put online as well. I told her take the time to listen to them and learn the truth instead of lies and misinformation that he was passing out.
