    Wow.

Twenty-five of New Mexico’s 33 counties have passed resolutions to support sheriffs who refuse to enforce any firearms laws that they consider unconstitutional, according to the New Mexico Sheriffs Association...

Great way to turn the tables on the liberals, using their own sanctuary tactic against them. It’s tough to argue against a tactic that you invented, although it’s funny to see them talk about selective laws being enforced.

regardless of some sheriffs go pro2a, the issue is the feds. blocking interstate transactions, and making a dealer in one state restrict sales to someone because of what their home STATE does.

the local FFL won't sell banned stuff, regardless of the county sheriff's opinion because the state popo will come in and shut them down and associated charges.

out of state FFL's wont sell to a (in this example) NM resident, because it's illegal in NM.

especially on new purchases the FFL's are the designed choke points. so the feds are taking a big part in helping the states that go anti-gun.
